**International shipping**
A separate bill will be sent to you AFTER payment has been made as ecrater only automatically adds on shipping costs for US only.
**Shipping**
-Shipping is not tracked, I will not be held responsible for lost post but this has not been an issue so far. *Fingers crossed*. If you prefer recorded/insured, then please send me a message, it's roughly twice the current delivery price but it really depends on the weight.
-Not held responsible for goods damaged in the post.
-If you order more than one item and depending on the weight I will automatically send it via recorded/insured. Combined shipping is offered, discounts will be refunded after payment.
-Shipping costs are for bubble wrap, packaging & the shipping itself.
**Products**
-I ensure that each piece is high quality and durable, items will be repaired for free if fault of craftmanship.
-Materials of choice that I use are sterling silver, swarovski crystals, currently tibetan silver charms (will move on to sterling silver eventually) and various others.
**Refunds/Exchanges**
